has signed an agreement with Muriya Tourism Development Company to provide Al Dar Housing Loans for the 'Jebel Sifah' and 'Salalah Beach' projects. OABOAB
and Muriya's customers can now avail of loans and easily own a property at these prestigious integrated tourism complexes. The agreement was signed by Abdul Kader Askalan, CEO on behalf of Oman Arab BankOman Arab Bank
, and Cyril Piaia, CEO, Muriya Tourism Development Company.
Speaking on the occasion of the signing ceremony, Askalan said: "The Sultanate of Oman is making rapid strides forward in developing integrated tourism complexes. We are making it easy for customers to own properties by providing finance through Al Dar Housing Loans.
"The signing of the agreement with Muriya Tourism Develop-ment Company will help in the further growth of the real estate sector in Oman".

'Jebel Sifah', comprising high-end villas and apartments, are located at a scenic destination fringed by sandy white beaches with a backdrop of the majestic Hajjar mountain range, about 45km from Muscat.
Set on 6.2 million square metres, it will be home to four five star hotels, and two marina boutique hotels, 18-hole PGA golf course, retail shops and up to 200 berth marina and marina town.
The 'Salalah Beach' is located 20km from Salalah airport. Spread over an area of 15.6 million square metres; it will offer a diversity of luxury properties, 200 berth marina and marina town, four world class hotels, retail shops and an 18 hole-PGA golf course.
