Partner Seminar aims to maximize impact of new product line up
Dubai, UAE, 30 October 2008: Canon Middle EastCanon Middle East
, the world’s leading innovator of imaging products and solutions, has launched its strongest printer line up yet with the addition of 14 new products in its Laser i-SENSYS range along with nine Inkjet Pixma printers and three new scanners. The new launches consolidate CanonCanon
’s market share, with the company occupying number two position in terms of range of products in the Laser and Inkjet category.

In addition to the i-SENSYS models, the new Pixma range builds on the lab quality photo printing legacy established by the Pixma brand takes it to a next level in terms of new feature additions and the introduction of a Wi-Fi model. While CanonCanon
’s three new entry level scanners boast higher scanning resolutions and faster scan speeds as low as 11 secs.
The announcement of the new line up came at Canon Middle EastCanon Middle East
’s Office Professional Print (OPP) seminar held at Movenpick Hotel, Dubai from October 26th to October 27th for its Tier One and Tier Two partners.
The OPP seminar is the latest in a series of Channel events organised by Canon Middle EastCanon Middle East
and provides Tier Two partners with insight into the new CanonCanon
line up and forthcoming strategies relating to the new products, development of Channels and marketing initiatives in the region. The seminar is designed to further improve CanonCanon
’s relationship with its channel partners by providing a greater understanding of the OPP product range and valuable feedback from partners.
