5th October 2008 - Abu Dhabi: Sorouh Real EstateSorouh Real Estate
PJSC, one of the leading Abu Dhabi-based real estate developers, will launch sales for The ARC in the Gate District at the first day of Cityscape Dubai 2008. The last of the four residential towers to go on sale, The ARC is a 17-storey semi-circular tower incorporating a mix of studios and 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. SorouhSorouh
has partnered with Tameer Holding InvestmentTameer Holding Investment
LLC to develop The Gate Towers, which is positioned at the entrance to SHAMS Abu Dhabi on Al Reem Island and contains six buildings. Tomorrow's launch at Cityscape Dubai coincides with the start of construction on site.
Commenting on the sales launch, Mounir Haidar, CEO, Sorouh Real EstateSorouh Real Estate
PJSC, said:
"This year's Cityscape Dubai marks a significant point for SorouhSorouh
as we launch the sales for The ARC. We are expecting demand for The ARC to be strong, which will be due in part to its perfect location for buyers who want to remain at the heart of Abu Dhabi city but have access to facilities unheard of in such a central location.
"We have many projects to showcase at Cityscape Dubai. We will be presenting updates on SHAMS Abu Dhabi and The Gate District, which are now rising clearly into view from the mainland. SorouhSorouh
has taken great strides in the last few years and we look forward to demonstrating our progress over the next few days."
The eight buildings that make up The Gate District include the 74-storey mixed-use Sky Tower and the 65-storey, solely residential Sun Tower. The two futuristic-looking towers will both have spectacular panoramic views out across the Gulf and over onto Abu Dhabi island. The towers also share facilities including a shopping mall, luxury sports and leisure facilities. These include a 10,000 square foot gym, a luxury spa with separate male and female facilities, three tennis courts, two squash courts, a lap pool, a 70-metre infinity pool, and yoga lawn. A business centre with two boardrooms will cater for the requirements of business professionals.
Sales will be made on a first-come-first-served personalised ticketing system, providing buyers can produce their passport and their chequebook. TameerTameer
and LLJ Property in Abu Dhabi will also launch sales for The Arch Tower on 6 October 2008.
SorouhSorouh
will be exhibiting at Cityscape Dubai 2008 in Hall 8 on Stand B10 from 6 - 9 October.
