UAE: Emirates Holidays offers California packages

Doha - Emirates Holidays is offering a range of packages to California, with just a month to go before Emirates Airline launches flights from Qatar to the US West Coast.

John Felix, Emirates Holidays Senior Vice-President, said: "To coincide with the launch of Emirates' first flights to Los Angeles on October 26 and San Francisco on December 15, Emirates Holidays is offering unique holiday packages to these destinations."

Emirates Holidays is offering the chance to fly Economy Class with Emirates from Qatar (via Dubai) to Los Angeles, staying at the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel in a standard room for three nights from QR7,437 per person or at The Beverly Wilshire for three nights in a Superior room from QR8,976 per person.

Travellers can fly Business Class with from here to Los Angeles, staying at The Beverly Wilshire for three nights in a Superior room from QR 34,752 per person.

Both packages include a half-day city tour of Los Angeles, which includes a visit to the Chinese Theatre, Chinatown and Beverly Hills.

Emirates Holidays is offering two packages for families looking to spend time at Disneyland Resort California. Both packages provide standard room accommodation at the Disneyland Hotel for three nights.

The package with Economy Class flights starts from QR7,302 per person. Alternatively, visitors can fly Business Class from QR34,752 per person. Emirates flights to Los Angeles are due to take off from 26 October 2008.

Emirates Holidays is offering packages to San Francisco flying Economy Class with Emirates, with three nights' standard accommodation at the Hilton San Francisco from QR7,212 per person or at The Ritz-Carlton San Francisco in a Deluxe room from QR 8,919 per person.

A package on Business Class and a stay at the The Ritz-Carlton San Francisco in a deluxe room will cost QR34,752 per person for three nights. Flights to San Francisco are due to take off from December 15.

Both packages include a half-day tour of San Francisco Muir Woods and Sausalito. During the excursion, visitors will be taken along the rock-strewn coast of rural Marin County to Muir Woods where they can marvel at the giant redwood trees which are over 1,000 years old.

Skywards members will receive up to 20 percent bonus miles when they book hotel accommodation for a minimum of three nights.

Travellers can book holidays to California with Emirates Holidays through preferred travel agents or via Emirates Holidays on 4384455 and www.emirates-holidays.com.

All packages are available until 31 March 2009. Terms and conditions apply. All prices are per person on twin-sharing basis and include room tax, service charges and fuel surcharges, excluding airport taxes. Peak season surcharges may apply. Tours are on a seat-in-coach basis.
