announced it has established a Mortgage Advisory Centre, a dedicated facility that offers professional mortgage consultation services from the property firm's team of expert mortgage advisors.As part of the dedicated mortgage hub, Schon PropertiesSchon Properties has tied-up with Mashreq bankMashreq bank to offer flexible financing options for prospective investors to any of the fast-growing real estate firm's portfolio of premium property projects.

Danial H. Schon said a mortgage advisory newsletter will also be produced as a complementary service to the centre. It will contain general information about mortgaging property, as well as frequently asked questions to help prospective buyers or existing owners interested in refinancing the basics of mortgaging. "The more complicated queries and concerns can be handled by our team of mortgage advisors who will be providing customers the knowledge and suggestions necessary to ease the entire mortgage procuring procedure and make it as stress-free and convenient as possible," he added.
