Dolphin Energy concludes tender evaluation for construction contract for Taweelah - Fujairah Gas Pipeline

Abu Dhabi, UAE, July 13, 2008 - Dolphin Energy LimitedDolphin Energy Limited
announced today that it is in the process of concluding the evaluation of Priced Tenders for the construction contract of its new Taweelah to Fujairah Gas Pipeline (TFP) across the UAE.Five Priced Tenders from international construction companies have been received by Dolphin EnergyDolphin Energy
of which three are within a competitive range. They are: Consolidated Contractors InternationalConsolidated Contractors International
(CCCCCC
), Greece; Stroytransgaz (STG) of Russia and Saipem/Snamprogetti of Italy. The award is expected to be finalized by August 1, 2008.
