Hydra launches iconic Twin Towers in Dubai

The piling work for overall structure will commence soon after that."The Twin Towers project is expected to be completed by early 2010. Al-Hatem Contracting Corporation is handling the construction while Architects and Planning Group (APG) is the engineering consultant for the project.
