, said: "Hydra PropertiesHydra Properties has set the ball rolling by initiating work on excavation and piling for the two basement floors of the project. We have a trained workforce, who is keen to deliver the goods on time. The initial phase of the project will be completed in the next six months. The piling work for overall structure will commence soon after that."The Twin Towers project is expected to be completed by early 2010. Al-Hatem Contracting Corporation is handling the construction while Architects and Planning Group (APG) is the engineering consultant for the project.
