Civil Engineering Company CEC is to Execute the Construction Works of 720 Apartments in Ahl Al Azim City Amman, Jordan: Taameer Jordan Holdings (TJH)Taameer Jordan Holdings (TJH)
, one of the largest real-estate developers in Jordan, recently signed a contractual agreement with Civil Engineering Company CEC. According to the agreement, the latter is charged with the construction of 45buildings (720 apartments), a part of the Ahl Al Azim project. The Engineering Company is to carry out these tasks in parallel with the same duties assigned to Teraz Contracting and Issa Haddadin & Partners Construction Co. in the time frame stipulated for the completion of the first phase of Ahl al Azim City project that will include 5400 villas and apartments. headquarters. Present at the signing ceremony were the Vice President of Engineering Affairs, Eng. Aref Al Taher and the General Manager of Mishkat for Construction & Property Management a Subsidiary of Taameer Jordan HoldingsTaameer Jordan Holdings
, Eng. Monther Ghosheh.
Commenting on the agreement, Eng. Dahleh said, "This is the third agreement signed to complete the contractual agreements to construct 5400 villas and apartments, representing the first phase of Ahl Al Azim residential city. Execution programs are being accelerated to hand over the housing units of this phase during the year 2010, according to the scheduled plan of action".
From his end, Eng. Radi Bishtawi expressed his happiness for signing this agreement and for being part of the execution team of this project, a venture that adds to the Company long record.
The signing of the agreement and the execution of the project will be implemented within the designated time. The infrastructure of the project has begun with a capital investment worth USD 1 billion. The first phase of the project covers 3,000,000sqm that approximately includes 16 thousand apartments and villas. TJHTJH
appointed the best developers and suppliers' partners for different development constructing projects.
The first phase will include residential units designed in accordance with 6 different size apartments including flats that are 80 to 180 sqm in size and villas with two different designs that range between 307sqm 311 sqm in size. Ahl Al Azim city is the first of its kind in the Kingdom, to create a model society with the highest standards. The company is establishing the infrastructure and service facilities of the city, by adopting international standards of architectural and engineering, along with adopting the best finishing materials and temperature isolation systems.
