Dynamic Vertical Solutions announces expansion to Middle East & US Markets

Press Release

Partnering with Microsoft Dynamics, DVS lays aggressive growth plans in new markets

Dubai, UAE - June 29, 2008: Dynamic Vertical Solutions, a market leader in providing end-to-end solutions to the hospitality and retail industry, today announced its growth plans with establishing offices in the Middle East and USA. DVS has forayed in the GCC with setting up a base in Dubai, and then further expand to the Middle East & Africa. In India, DVS has been the exclusive distributor for LS Retail, built on Microsoft Dynamics platform.

A leader in its segment, the expansion to Dubai for DVS is backed by the unprecedented growth, the retail industry in this region is experiencing. According to the Global Emerging Markets Survey of 300 retailers worldwide, the UAE ranks number eight among the Top 15 most international retail markets. The survey said 41% of international retailers have a presence in the country and more growth is expected. The potential of this market is further emphasized upon by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) that has described retail trading in the city as becoming "elite".

"The Middle-East market rapid growth is at an exciting phase. The retail and hospitality industries possess huge potential for new technologies and solutions and in order to meet these increasing demands, there is a demand for international strengths of technology and experience. DVS owns this technological experience which only instigated us to expand our footprint in Middle East. We will implement our successful business model in this market as well and hope to achieve similar success as seen in India," said Rakhee Nagpal, Managing Director and Founder, Dynamic Vertical Solutions.

Dubai, as a favorite tourist destination has seen a greater influx of tourists. The hospitality industry has much to offer and DVS saw this opportunity as a stepping stone for venturing into international markets.

The Tourist Industry in Dubai is setting and breaking all international records, with over 400 hotels being built, over 20 Million square feet of shopping malls, 15 million visitors by 2012 and the enormous Dubai Land theme and recreation parks being planned.

Commenting on the partnership provided to DVS in its international venture, Mr. Tamer Elhamy, Business Solutions Manager, Microsoft GulfMicrosoft GulfLoading... said, "We are proud of adding DVS to our Gulf channel since that would help us offer better solutions and services for our partners and customers. The experience that DVS has within the retail and hospitality industries are important for our growth plans. I believe in the GCC market, DVS will also achieve a high growth due to their industry knowledge and certified add-on solutions. Microsoft Dynamics provide retail and distribution organizations the required solutions to increase customer satisfaction, reduce cost, and increase profitability by providing sophisticated, yet easy to deploy and-learn solutions.

Commenting on the expansion, Rakhee added, "For DVS, the areas of investment in Dubai fall under, acquiring product knowledge, understanding the requirements of Dubai's retail & hospitality industry, recruitment of partners and education to the vast market, So far we have plans to invest over $2 million in the first year and will ramp up operations in due course." Having partnered clients in multiple industries that include large, mid-sized and small enterprises, DVS is poised for further growth. A new arena of investment for the company is Research and Development and training of manpower to address the industry issues of the growing sectors like retail and hospitality.

In 2007, DVS increased its customer base by over 100% in 2007 and penetrated into new verticals like real estate, health care and entertainment. In 2008, the company aims to consolidate its position in emerging verticals with grave focus on increasing depth in functionality. The team at DVS expects to take the company to greater heights by strengthening regional presence with opening of new offices and also by enhancing the partner and re-seller network across the country for enhanced market presence and customer outreach."
