New Stunning Images Of Dubai's 6th Crossing Bridge |
|
World Architecture Review has featured new images of Dubai's 6th Crossing, being designed by FxFowle International. The 1.7km and 205m bridge in Dubai, is set to be an architectural mavel.
Sudhir Jambhekar, Senior Partner, at FxFowle, told World Architecture Review: "The bridge's design was inspired by multiple sources, each evoking similar imagery - the rhythmic grace of Dubai Creek's current, the elegant splendor of the sand dunes adjacent to the City, the lighting patterns of the lunar cycle and the design of the future Opera House. We believe that our bridge design is not merely to link the City's cultural and commercial developments or ease congestion, but an opportunity to connect people both physically and emotionally by creating an iconic landmark, destination, and gateway between the old, the new and the future Dubai."

My Dear Friend
In my opinion, this is not what makes Dubai Expensive; Yet, The inflation is global and not limited to Dubai, But anyway, I will seize this opportunity to prent mt personal views and suggestions to make this convenient for you and all our community.
These projects are meant for attraction and corporate image but on top, and the priority I believe is to satisfy the mission RTA has set to meet the promises towards its community locally and globally; SAFE & SMOOTH TRANSPORT FOR ALL
but we have to help ourselves and support their efforts by utilizing what they are providing for us from their solutions that will serve solving the Traffic jam that occurs at peak / rush hours
whatever is done is for the community, we need to appreciate what we are gifted. I am not writing for any aim and only presenting my views and wants to share with you as a strategists and a community member.
enormous effort and unlimite budgets are allocated and is being utilized to serve us and make all sorts of transportation media and facilities and systems avaiilable; we oonly need to choose. we need to limit the use of our private vehichles during peek hours at least; contribute as all other advanced countries for our convenience.
AND regarding the toll; if we mean to look at it from the positive side; it is rewarding for us not a burden; a technology tool for organizing and setting up a system. WE pay money for buying electronics that helps us at hime, work,....... and it costs us its price and operating expense as well; like vaccume cleaner; and kitchen facilities; it costs us electricity fees on regular basis upon use and no one can complain; at the end; it is our choice to use it or not.....
We only need to think of broader views to what we gain at the end. life is TAKE and GIVE and never has been only GAIN
let us make it a win-win situation and head to support the efforts dedicated to help us and work for us with full serious dedication. At the end, it serves the community by all means and in all ways we look at it at the end [Report Abuse | Email to a Friend | Reply to this Comment]
