Sara Real-Estate Co. Launches New Real-estate Project

Marking Valuable Addition to the Wadi Saqra Area
Amman, Jordan: Sara Real-Estate Co, a subsidiary of Faouri GroupFaouri Group
, recently announced that it is currently in the process of constructing a new multi-purpose commercial building. This building is the 4th to be constructed by the corporation, and is located in the Wadi Saqra area near to the King Abdullah gardens.Using the latest architectural trends, the new complex comprises of office spaces and retail outlets. It is strategically located within close driving distance to Amman's newer business districts and is conveniently surrounded by retail and entertainment outlets including restaurants, coffee shops, and the recreational King Abdullah Gardens.
Vice Chairman of Sara Real Estate Co, L.L.C, Mr. Mutasem Faouri said, "We feel that this new project is a valuable addition to our expanding real-estate project portfolio. We, at Sara Real Estate, believe that location is key to the success of any project of this nature the reason behind choosing a site, which is within the easy access of business professionals, traders and the general public.
