, the region's leading online market place, and Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade ZoneRas Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone, (RAK FTZRAK FTZ) today signed an agreement to create a new online portal, which will offer e-business capabilities to RAK FTZRAK FTZ companies. The portal will create an online free zone, where members can match trade opportunities and leads with other companies in the free zone and with members of TejariTejari , as well as creating online profiles to showcase their products and services to a global audience. The portal will be developed by TejariTejari in partnership with RAK FTZRAK FTZ, and is intended to create a dedicated online community for the free zone, as well as offering companies value added services as part of the RAK FTZRAK FTZ offering.

TejariTejari will create the portal based on the requirements of RAK FTZRAK FTZ, and drawing on its experience with developing community portals that cater to the needs of specific business communities. TejariTejari community portals include the latest e-business technologies that help trading communities carry out business matchmaking over the Internet. TejariTejari also offers support and other services to companies that are members of the community portal, to help them maximize their uptake of online commerce opportunities.
