The Dubai Marina Mall Hotel & Serviced Residences is part of the 150,000 sq m Dubai Marina Mall complex that also includes the Dubai Marina Mall Hotel, the Dubai Marina Mall - a modern shopping and entertainment destination, and an 8-storey tower dedicated to diverse cuisines. The 442 serviced residences will be managed by the Emaar-approved hospitality operator that also manages the 5-star hotel.

"Dubai's fast-growing economy is a magnet for professionals and entrepreneurs - several of them, here, on short-term visits. This, complemented by the growth of high-value tourism, has led to strong and consistent demand for high quality executive serviced apartments offering the choice of long- and short-term leases," said Mr Saif Al Mansoori, Sales Director, Emaar PropertiesEmaar PropertiesLoading....

"The Dubai Marina Mall Hotel & Serviced Residences also gives potential buyers the added advantage of being located within Emaar's established and much-sought after Dubai Marina master development," he added. "A new road network planned by the Roads and Transport Authority will further enhance the transport infrastructure, adding to the convenience of residents."

Featuring rich architectural design elements such as Mashrabia precast concrete cladding Arabesque detailing and a glass crown, the Dubai Marina Mall Serviced Residneces tower maximises the benefits of its Marina location. The residences are located from levels 15 to 37, with the penthouses on level 38 having access to a shared roof garden.

The rooms have 2.8 metre high ceilings thus creating an atmosphere of spaciousness. They have tinted, double-glazed, full-height windows and sliding doors, and thermal-insulated exterior walls. The balconies, overlooking the Marina, are spacious and have glazed railings. All residences will have modern appliances such as Plasma TV set with DVD player, hi-speed Internet access, modern telecom facilities and a range of kitchen appliances including integrated refrigerators, washing machine and dryer, dishwashers and microwave ovens. The bathrooms sport marble wall and floor tiles and imported sanitary ware.

"The residences have environmentally-friendly features with a central building management system monitoring the system performance. The rooms also come equipped with advanced information technology and communication systems," said Mr Al Mansoori. "Underground parking, car drop off at ground entrance level, and 24-hour security and maintenance support enhance quality of living."

The adjacent Dubai Marina Mall, accessible via internal walkways, which will be home to prestigious retail chains, a cineplex, food court and children's entertainment centre. Residents can also gain access to the facilities at the Dubai Marina Mall Hotel, including various restaurants, the outdoor terrace and pool, children's play area, spa and fitness facilities. There is also a dedicated 14th Floor Residents Club, offering leisure and fitness facilities and an outdoor terrace which gives uninterrupted views of the Marina.

Potential buyers can register on-line at www.emaar.com with sales starting on June 23rd at the Emaar Sales Centre at Emaar Business Park Building 1. They can also call toll-free, 800 EMAAR (36227), for more details.

Dubai Marina is a 50 million sq ft mega project with 11 km of waterfront boardwalk and five marinas that can berth over 500 vessels. A centrepiece of the development is the Dubai Marina Motor Yacht Club, scheduled to open later this year, and offering an array of Marina-related services to members. The club will power Dubai Marina's concerted efforts to become premier water sports destination.

Emaar is developing six residential projects within Dubai Marina. Three of them - Al Majara, Al Sahab and The Dubai Marina Towers - have been handed over to residents. Investor response to the three other up-and-coming projects - Marina Promenade, Marina Quays and Park Island - has been overwhelming. The master-development has a projected population of 75,000, and there are already several thousands of people living within Dubai Marina.
