RecruitGulf.com set to be at the cutting edge of online recruitment
Dubai, UAE - Saongroup.com, one of the leading online recruitment companies in the world, is set to tap into Dubai's booming recruitment industry with the launch of its first website in the region.
Best known for the flagship IrishJobs.ie brand, Ireland's number one recruitment website since 2000, and with the operations across the world including the UK, the US and China, the Irish-owned company will now expand into the Gulf with the launch of RecruitGulf.com.
The website will be at the cutting edge of online recruitment and aims to become the number one site of choice in the Gulf region for jobseekers and recruiters.
"Launching into this market presents a hugely exciting opportunity and economically the region is growing strongly with internet penetration increasing rapidly," said Jane Lorigan, Managing Director of saongroup.com.
"Our objective is to bring a whole new online recruitment experience to the Gulf, and we believe we can deliver quality candidates to recruiters in the region."
"We hope to attract the largest audience of relevant qualified jobseekers to the website and we would like to see RecruitGulf.com grow to become the first place people will look for a job."
"We also hope to attract the largest pool of HR Managers and recruitment agencies that will use this site to look for new and relevant talent. There is currently a shortage of skilled workers and therefore RecruitGulf.com's focus will be on the quality of jobseeker applications."
Recruitgulf.com will also feature a patented applicant tracking technology that will be used to filter jobseeker applications and so greatly reduce the administration time spent processing applications from under-qualified or unsuitable candidates. Saongroup.com already uses this technology successfully in both Europe and the USA.
"In some cases it has proven to reduce recruitment administration by up 75 per cent and improving time to hire by 30%" said Ms Lorigan.
The launch of RecruitGulf.com follows Dubai's tremendous growth in the job market industry. Research has shown the city generates up to 800,000 new jobs each year.
"Added to this the UAE internet penetration is 36 per cent and has seen a 90 per cent growth in usage between 2000 and 2006. We believe there is a significant correlation between the capabilities we will be able to offer and the economic trends in the UAE."
