Dubai, April 21, 2007 - Xerox EmiratesXerox EmiratesLoading... signed a partnership agreement with the UAE-based education management and consultancy network Academia Management Solutions International (AMSI) at the close of the Gulf Education Technology Exhibition (GETEX) 2007 this week.

The agreement, which strengthen Xerox's presence in the education sector, will enable AMSI to provide Xerox Digital Print Solutions and document management services to all its clients. AMSI the educational consultancy solution provider takes over management of Al Mawakeb schools and offers consultancy services, to investors, schools and academic enterprises.

The agreement makes AMSI a Xerox Strategic Business partner, said Bilal Hamadeh, Sales Director of Xerox EmiratesXerox EmiratesLoading..., and allows it to expand its client service offerings. At its most basic, the agreement will enable education-sector clients with printing requirements to use Xerox solutions through AMSI.

AMSI's Document Management Solution, an AMSI-Xerox alliance, provides a one-stop shop that allows a school the ability to print and document at its own pace tailoring its material to its own specific needs whilst maintaining a high level of print quality. Through AMSI's advanced software and design based on the Xerox high quality digital printer. AMSI's Document Management Solution is integrated into the rest of a school's operation to allow for a seamless process. From the moment a student registers, they are allotted with the appropriate text books and printed materials. Furthermore, parents are continuously in touch with the students learning environment via the various publications and printed communications.

The significant financial benefits for any school, with more than 1,000 students, employing AMSI-Xerox Document Management Solution makes such a system highly attractive and practical. In addition to reducing turn-around times associated with outsourcing, this on-demand capacity empowers a school to cut costs associated stockpiling and to uphold the integrity and security on its printed matter.
