Promotional film 'Without Walls' wins gold award at New York festival
Produced for WCMC-Q by The Edge Picture Company in London, Without Walls is a marketing film designed to capture the heart and soul of the college. Showing how America and the Middle East have come together to establish one of the world's most advanced medical colleges, the film is intended to inspire a whole new generation of doctors.
Mike Vertigans, WCMC-Q's Director of Public Affairs, stated, "Our story is a fascinating one and we hope to have conveyed this to future medical students, whilst inspiring them to follow their dreams to become doctors. The New York Festival award is testament to the film's success and we would like to thank all those involved, colleagues and students, for their hard work in making this happen."
The New York Festivals International Film & Video Awards have been running for almost 50 years and were set up specifically to recognise the world's best work in informational, educational and industrial film productions and corporate video. Entries are submitted from 30 different countries around the world.
